A leading global organisation based in the Antrim Area are recruiting a Payroll Officer to join their team on an initial temporary contract with a view to going permanent. Salary/ Benefits In order to attract the very best talent on the market a generous remuneration package is on offer based on experience plus a range of benefits including: £30,000 - £35,000 salary depending on experience Immediate start on offer Free parking Comfortable working environment Early finish on a Friday Client A leading global organisation is currently recruiting a Payroll Officer to join their team based in the Antrim area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global company. Responsibilities Process all UK / ROI payrolls in-house Liaise with Bureaus / Accountants / Finance for International payrolls Create & Maintain Staff records on payroll systems Generate reports from TMS to use for processing UK / ROI payments Transfer payments - via BACS or bank transfer Issue pay statements & other documents - P.45 / P.60 etc Payrolling BIK - Benefits in Kind - through UK payroll.
Submit HMRC return. Provide BIK [car / private medical] details to Staff Employers for childcare - order CCV's as required and maintain admin records Assess all staff for Auto-Enrollment pension scheme purposes, following each Payroll Upload & pay all AE + GPPP contributions to Aegon [pension administrators] on-line hub Prepare reconciliation and maintain Aegon / Staff contributions records Deal with all HMRC/ CSA/ NICO/ etc queries Arrange payment to HMRC/ CSA etc.
Maintain HMRC statutory payment records SSP/ SMP/ SPP/ SAP etc Deal with any employee queries Produce various reports for management as required The Ideal Person Educated to GCSE Level or Equivalent standard 3 years' experience in Payroll - UK / ROI Ability to work to strict deadlines For further information on this vacancy, or any other Accountancy & Finance job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Jamie Gault in the strictest confidence.
