Commercial Management Accountant

A growing and well-established organisation is seeking a commercially-minded Management Accountant to join its finance team in Antrim. This is a broad role offering responsibility for financial reporting, controls, compliance, business partnering, and team leadership.

• £45,000 – £55,000 salary
• Annual bonus (performance related, up to 10%)

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and financial planning activities.
• Maintain robust financial controls, balance sheet reconciliations, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and performance insights to support decision-making across the business.
• Identify process improvements and efficiencies to enhance financial and operational performance.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to support risk management, commercial objectives, and business growth.
• Assist with audit, payroll, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Provide guidance and leadership within the finance function, promoting high standards and continuous improvement.

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Previous experience in a management accounting or similar finance role.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with ERP or finance systems.
