Financial Controller

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations and management accounts
• Report to the board on financial performance, trends, and areas of concern
• Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations,
  Pension Regulator requirements, and relevant financial legislation
• Liaise with the external accountancy firm on complex queries
• Maintain accurate financial records with a high level of attention to detail
• Identify and flag trends in financial data, providing meaningful insight to senior stakeholders
• Support financial planning and contribute to business decision-making

• Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role
• Strong working knowledge of HMRC compliance
  , pension regulations
  , and relevant financial legislation
• Exceptional attention to detail with a natural instinct to query and interrogate the numbers
• Someone who brings stability and consistency. This is a role for a long-term player, not a short-term stepping stone
