Excellent wider benefits Superb company culture About the company A highly successful business based in the Antrim area is seeking a Management Accountant to join its established Finance team with this newly created role, reporting into the senior team.
This role offers broad exposure across day-to-day finance, making it well suited to qualified, part-qualified or QBE candidates looking to take the next step in their career. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, growing organisation and gain valuable exposure across a busy finance function. About the job Produce monthly management reporting packs and provide clear commentary on financial performance.
Liaise with external audit teams and support the delivery of the annual audit process. Contribute to the preparation and completion of year-end financial statements. Review and interpret financial data, highlighting key trends and variances. Complete required regulatory submissions, business surveys and corporate filing updates. Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial forecasting. Assist with the introduction and development of a new finance and ERP system.
Provide financial information and supporting documentation for external funding and grant applications. About you 3 years of experience in preparing management accounts. Previous experience in dealing with external auditors. Experience in analysing financial accounts. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Strong computer literacy including modelling with Excel.
