• Previous experience in credit control or finance administration
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and financial software (such as SAP, Dynamics)
• Able to work effectively both independently and within a team

• Manage and chase overdue accounts to ensure timely collection of payments
• Maintain accurate ledger records and reconcile accounts regularly
• Build professional relationships with clients to facilitate smooth credit collection
• Assist with credit assessments and risk analysis
• Contribute to improving credit control processes and procedures
