Job DescriptionConway Group Healthcare has a vacancy for a Domestic Supervisor to join our team. Conway Group Healthcare is a family, caring for other families. AboutThe Role
Duties include:
- Overall responsibility for the cleanliness of all internal areas of the building.
- Oversee domestic assistants on duty and ensure time is managed accordingly, in line with designated tasks and deadlines.
- Weekly Rota Management.
- Management of annual leave.
- General cleaning of all areas to include dining rooms, bedrooms, toilets, bathrooms, corridors, offices, inside window cleaning and all fixtures and fittings.
- Deep cleaning of bedrooms and any other areas when required.
- Adhere to correct use and care of equipment.
- Ensure e-learning is completed by all staff.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed in relation to daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules and spot checks.
- Carry out spot checks and cleaning audits.
- Preparation of weekly supply orders.
- Caring, positive person with the highest standards of cleanliness and ability to create a welcoming environment for our Residents, Staff and visitors.
- Excellent communication and people skills, particularly with the elderly.
