VANRATH is partnering with a respected Antrim-based organisation to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role focuses on high-volume operational recruitment, offering the chance to shape processes, influence strategy, and work within a supportive, collaborative team.

• £38,000-£45,000

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within operational roles
• Strong knowledge of full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, and candidate engagement
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
• Ability to prioritise multiple roles and deadlines efficiently
• Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven approach

• Manage end-to-end operational recruitment for high-volume roles
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and workforce needs
• Maintain and optimise ATS data, reporting on recruitment metrics and trends
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and candidate experience
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract diverse, high-quality candidates
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and employment legislation
