HR Administrator; Temp

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading industrial technology company based in County Antrim
. The client is seeking a skilled administrator to join their HR team on a temporary basis
.

As an HR administrator, you will work closely with an internal HR team. You will provide essential support to management of employee lifecycle, processing of employee contracts and maintenance of HR databases
. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong administrator with experience in a professional environment.

• Drafting offer packs including contracts of employment and amendment letters
• Coordinating onboarding logistics such as workspace setups and IT equipment
• Monitoring probation periods by tracking review timelines and processing leaver documentation
• Ensuring strict adherence to GDPR compliance by organising files securely

• Previous administrative experience in a professional environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
  , utilising Excel to organise data and drafting professional emails to a high standard
• Precise attention to detail and ability to work confidently with data
• Previous HR experience and strict compliance management

• 3 month temporary position
• Full time or part time hours
• Flexitime and attractive working hours
  , including an early finish on a Friday
• Hourly rate of £13
• Immediate start available
