HR Consultant – Belfast (Hybrid)
We are recruiting for our client, a well-established and expanding professional services business in Belfast City Centre, who are seeking an HR Consultant to join their team.
This is a permanent role offering a mix of hybrid working and client site delivery.
The successful candidate will provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice and solutions, supporting organisational growth, performance, and people strategy across a diverse client base.
Candidates must hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to their own vehicle for travel to client sites as required.

- CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards, or equivalent HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation, employee relations, and HR best practice
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Client‑focused, proactive, and able to work independently
- Full clean driving licence with access to a vehicle
