We're looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in office, commercial and digital marketing roles. You'll develop lasting relationships with clients and candidates, grow your own recruitment desk and be rewarded for the results you deliver.

What we offer A competitive basic salary of £28,000-£35,000, depending on experience An uncapped commission structure with excellent earning potential 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays Additional annual leave based on length of service Your birthday off Medicash healthcare plan Death-in-service cover Clear opportunities for career progression Ongoing training and professional development A supportive, energetic team environment The opportunity to develop expertise across the office, commercial and digital marketing sectors What you'll be doing Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates in permanent and temporary roles Managing the full recruitment process, from initial contact through to placement Developing new business and winning new clients Identifying and attracting high-quality candidates within your specialist markets Providing an excellent service and a positive experience for clients and candidates Working towards individual and team targets What we're looking for Previous experience in recruitment, sales or business development would be an advantage.
