About you

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards CIPD Level 7
  • Proven HR generalist experience within manufacturing, engineering or operational environments
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and employee relations
  • Experience with HRIS systems, data analysis, and process optimisation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to lead projects and drive change initiatives effectively

What you'll do

  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions
  • Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning activities
  • Contribute to organisational change and continuous improvement projects
  • Coach managers on people management, performance, and engagement practices
  • Drive recruitment efforts, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Support performance management and employee development frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
  • Lead HR projects focusing on digitalisation, automation, and process enhancements
  • Utilise HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR services
