About you
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards CIPD Level 7
- Proven HR generalist experience within manufacturing, engineering or operational environments
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and employee relations
- Experience with HRIS systems, data analysis, and process optimisation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead projects and drive change initiatives effectively
What you'll do
- Partner with leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning activities
- Contribute to organisational change and continuous improvement projects
- Coach managers on people management, performance, and engagement practices
- Drive recruitment efforts, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Support performance management and employee development frameworks
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
- Lead HR projects focusing on digitalisation, automation, and process enhancements
- Utilise HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR services
