HR Advisor

Location: Antrim

HR Advisor | Antrim | 12-month FTC MCS Group is partnering with an established organisation to recruit an HR Advisor for a varied role combining employee engagement, L&D and generalist HR support. The role Coordinate employee communications, well being initiatives and engagement events. Create content for the internal communication platform. Support L&D, recruitment and on boarding. Advise on routine employee relations matters and report on HR metrics.

Delivery of induction presentations. About you Experience in an HR Advisor or generalist HR role. An interest in employee communications and engagement, including creating content and promoting events. Experience supporting routine employee relations matters. Confidence using HR systems, analysing data and reporting on HR KPIs. Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate activity across stakeholders. Proven experience with NI Employment Law.
