Implementation Assistant; Project Coordinator

We are hiring! at Supply Technologies, a subsidiary of Park Ohio(NASDAQ:PKOH), specializes in supplier selection and management, planning, implementing, managing the physical flow of product for world-class international manufacturing companies, and servicing customers in the various markets.

Job Summary:

- Assist in planning and executing project tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless implementation.
- Maintain project schedules and track progress.

- Prepare and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and logs.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.

- Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, team members, and clients.
- Facilitate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Address client queries and provide regular updates on project status.
- Collect, analyze, and report on project data.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities and outcomes.
- Assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users during and after implementation.
- Monitor project activities to ensure they comply with quality standards.
- Identify potential issues and work with the team to implement corrective actions.
- Assist in configuring and testing new systems or processes.
- Ensure technical specifications are met and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise.

Responsibilities:

- To support the implementation Manager for Europe, primarily in new business implementations.
- Ensuring excellent customer care from inception to ensuring excellent aftercare.
- Assisting the team in understanding the implementation process once new business has been secured.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of database management and data analysis tools.

Requirements:

- Must be comfortable speaking with customers at all levels of their organizations.

- A clean driving license.
- A background in IT, project management, or a related field is frequently favored.
- Experience in project coordination and implementation support roles.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Basic understanding of database management and data analysis tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

- Educated to a good level in Mathematics and English.
