Based in Antrim - Full-time hours preferred

• Deliver full administrative support to solicitors, including drafting correspondence and legal documentation, overseeing inbox management, and maintaining organized filing systems
• Coordinate and manage a demanding appointments schedule
• Keep all case files organized, current, and readily accessible
• Provide outstanding client care by responding to queries in a professional manner and issuing prompt updates to clients and agents

• Proven experience working as a Legal Secretary is required - specifically within Litigation
• Strong organisational ability with exceptional attention to detail
