• Provide comprehensive administrative support to solicitors, including drafting legal correspondence and documentation, managing inboxes, and maintaining structured filing systems
• Organise and coordinate a busy diary schedule
• Ensure all case files are accurately maintained, up to date, and easily accessible
• Deliver exceptional client service by handling enquiries professionally and providing timely updates to clients and third parties

• Demonstrable experience as a Legal Secretary is essential - with a focus on Litigation
• Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
