Location: Antrim - Belfast International Airport Causeway Lounge

Quantity of Posts Available: 1

Salary: £14.50 per hour

Working Pattern

40 hours per week, 5 of 7 days, 04:00-20:30

Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, deliver and present the food, beverages, and desk reception duties as per specification.
  • Manage, guide and coach the assigned staff to ensure an efficient operation of the lounge.
  • Interact with customers by explaining the food and beverages on offer.
  • Supervise a team of service, cleaning and kitchen staff as well as other resources.
  • Supervise site compliance across Health and Safety and Food Safety operations.
  • Continually bring added value to the contract through innovation and pro‑activeness.
  • Provide solutions to operational airport challenges.
  • Ensure all client and 3rd party paperwork is completed accurately, on time and reconciled to allow for accurate billing.
  • Work towards achieving financial and non‑financial targets.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Previous experience working in a hospitality, travel, or reception supervisor role.
  • Ability to prioritise with an eye for detail.
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities.
  • Ability to follow instruction.
