Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

This is an exciting opportunity for a person wishing to join an established and challenging business. As Maintenace Manager, the successful candidate will be part of a high performing team overseeing and maintaining Belfast International Airport’s significant infrastructure. BIA is part of the VINCI group of companies, providing exposure to an international network of professionals.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the airport’s 365/24/7 operation, supporting the planning and execution of routine and reactive maintenance, minor projects and all associated compliance within a live airport operational environment.

The job holder will primarily be responsible for supervising an engineering team and achieving all prescribed Key Performance Indicators in relation to Programme, Quality, Safety, Environment, and Budget.

• Deliver senior management and supervision of a team of 20 personnel.
• Support the Chief Technical Officer with the logistical, technical and commercial management of the facility to meet overall business objectives.
• Support team in terms of operations and professional development.
• Assist where required with delivery of minor projects to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Act as senior point of contact for facilities management at BIA; communicate between airport departments, business partners, consultants, and contractors, including accurate record keeping and planning.
