This role manages facility operations, logistics coordination, staff supervision, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across storage sites.

Key Responsibilities Operational Management Oversee daily operations of self-storage, warehouse, and modular storage facilities. Ensure maximum space utilization and optimal inventory management. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Monitor KPIs including occupancy rates, revenue per unit, and turnaround times. Ensure high standards of site cleanliness, maintenance. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and supervise site managers and operational staff. Conduct performance reviews and set measurable performance targets.

Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture. Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage. Customer Service & Experience Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and complaints. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Improve service delivery processes. Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations. Implement risk management and security protocols. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.

Logistics & Inventory Oversight Coordinate inbound and outbound storage logistics. Implement efficient tracking systems for stored goods. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in business Operations Management, Logistics, or related field. 5+ years experience in operations management Strong knowledge of operational processes. Experience managing multi-site operations is an advantage.
