Building Services Asset Manager Antrim Description We are hiring for our client, a leading organisation, to appoint an experienced Building Services Asset Manager. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of the full lifecycle of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) assets, shaping how critical infrastructure performs in a safety-focused environment. The successful Building Services Asset Manager will lead a skilled team, influence strategy and make a visible impact.

The Role Develop and review M&E asset lifecycle strategies, balancing performance, cost and risk Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial control across all M&E assets Lead, mentor and develop the internal M&E team Oversee key contracts, including tendering, negotiation and contractor performance Act as the main M&E contact for stakeholders Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring health & safety compliance Work closely with the Engineering Planner to coordinate in-house and outsourced works
