Hours:

Monday to Friday, day shift with an early finish on Fridays

Our client, a large and well-established manufacturing company based in Antrim, is recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join their growing engineering team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a modern, high-volume production site where you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of all plant machinery and equipment, ensuring the site operates at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and implement timely repairs to reduce downtime.
• Support continuous improvement projects and contribute ideas to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth running of operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with all health, safety, and quality standards.
• Support engineering projects, upgrades, and installations as required.

• Time-served or qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related discipline).
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment (essential).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance and reliability.
• Confident in both mechanical and electrical fault finding.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
