Factory Operative - Relocate to Northern Ireland | Permanent Role + Relocation Support
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity in Northern Ireland, offering long-term stability, full training and the opportunity to gain valuable manufacturing experience within a growing business.
You will work as part of a production team within one of our client factories, helping to manufacture high-quality uPVC windows and doors using recycled and new materials.
- Role type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Rates: Up to £30,000 per annum
- Training: Full training provided
- Location: Easily accessible, next to a bus station
We are currently recruiting Factory Operatives to join our client growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain invaluable manufacturing experience and become part of an established and growing team.

- Follow all production procedures and processes accurately
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and products.
- Identify production errors or faults and take the appropriate steps to rectify them
- Report machinery or product faults to the Production Supervisor
- Carry out all tasks for which training has been completed and signed off
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
- Communicate clearly with your Team Leader regarding all aspects of the role
- Work to continuously improve your performance and skills
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work with hand tools and machinery, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a factory setting.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Physically capable of handling materials and performing manual tasks.
This role is based in Northern Ireland
