Staff Nurse (RN) Millisle, Co. Down Part-Time | 22 Hours Per Week | £20.94 Per Hour Shift Pattern: 2 Shifts Per Week Make a Difference in Your Nursing Career Black Fox Solutions is currently recruiting for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Staff Nurse (RN) to join a care home in Millisle, Co. Down. Working alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals, you will use your clinical skills and experience to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring residents are treated with dignity, respect and compassion. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care tailored to each resident's individual needs. Administer prescribed medications and treatments in line with care plans and clinical guidelines. Assess residents' health, monitor their condition and identify any changes requiring further intervention. Support residents with their daily care needs while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing. Monitor residents' nutrition and hydration, providing support where necessary.

Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure care documentation is completed to a high standard. Work collaboratively with GPs, multidisciplinary professionals, residents and their families to ensure continuity of care. Promote a safe, comfortable and supportive environment for residents and colleagues. Contribute to maintaining high clinical standards and participate in ongoing training and professional development. What We're Looking For Current NMC registration with a valid UK PIN.

At least one year's nursing experience. Previous experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting would be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A compassionate, resident-focused approach to nursing. The ability to work effectively within a team while demonstrating initiative and sound clinical judgement. A good understanding of medication management, nursing procedures and clinical documentation. A genuine commitment to maintaining residents' safety, dignity and quality of life.
