The Northern Health and Social Care Trust invites applications for the Home Therapies Renal Nurse at Antrim Hospital. The post supports the home therapies programme including haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and transplantation to ensure safe patient care and high nursing standards.
You will work with the Renal Nurse Specialists to organise clinics, teach patients and carers, and promote evidence-based practice while maintaining continuity of care within a multidisciplinary team.
