Location: Antrim

We are seeking a passionate, driven and commercially minded professional to lead the growth of our wood pellet cat litter brand within the pet and retail sector. This role will focus on building and managing key retail accounts, developing long-term buyer relationships and playing a hands‑on role in shaping how the brand shows up in‑market.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of launching and scaling a sustainable product with strong customer appeal.

Duties
  • Retail Sales and Key Account Management
  • Identify, target and secure new retail and pet speciality accounts for our pet range
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with buyers and category managers
  • Manage key accounts end-to-end, from ranging discussions to ongoing performance
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions and range expansion
  • Monitor sell-through and collaborate with retailers to drive repeat sales
  • Work closely with internal teams to support in-store marketing, promotions and activations
  • Provide buyer and market insights to help shape brand positioning and messaging
  • Support the roll out of POS, merchandising and promotional campaigns
  • Track competitor activity, pricing and trends in the pet and litter category
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reporting and insights to support growth planning
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, key account management or business development within Pet industry or retail
  • Experience working with retail buyers and navigating ranging processes
  • Track record of opening new accounts and growing brands or categories
  • Skills and Attributes
  • Highly driven and self‑motivated
  • Relationship‑focused with strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of retail dynamics
