Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Customer Service Rep
Location: Antrim
Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading industry business, to recruit for an Export Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis.
The roleInvolves liaising with the sales and logistics teams whilst providing a high level of customer service to customers. You will be responsible for processing of international shipments, maintaining a high level of efficiency. You will process documentation and maintain accuracy.
The personWill be coming from a background in export administration or a similar field within supply chain/ logistics. You will be a customer-centre individual with a proactive approach. You will have strong eye for detail, with strong Excel/IT skills. ERP experience is advantageous for this role.
The packageIncludes an attractive salary, paying up to £30,000. Based in Antrim, with a working week of Monday-Friday. With free onsite parking, this role offers ample opportunities for career progression and the chance to work within a great team environment.
