Designate Role willingto travel within 1 hour of your base store until assigned apermanent location.
Hours per Week: hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, will be discussed further at interview.
Salary: Upto £36,000 - £38,000 per annum

The Role

As a Store Manager Designate,youlltravelbetween different stores in your area, supporting whereyou great wayto meet new teams, build your skills, andenjoy plenty of variety in your day. Youwontbe on the move foreverthoughthis role is designed to help you grow, with the goal of moving into apermanent store and developing your career.

Asthe Store Manager,youll;

• Lead & develop a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service & maximise performance.
• Create exciting in-store promotions and experiences.
• Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.
• Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
• Ensure the smooth running of the store.

Whatyoullneedto succeed

• Bringing fresh ideasfrom yourpreviousexperience in retail management, ideally 2+years
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers with full training provided (Optional)
• This role involves travel across stores in the area; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
