Find Core are thrilled to be assisting a growing financial services business with the recruitment of an Account Manager – Customer Service & Sales .? Permanent, Monday - Friday full-time position based in Birmingham . The company specialises in helping customers with UK tax rebate claims, including work-related expenses such as mileage, tools and professional fees. Salary £28,000 basic  uncapped commission (Staff earning from £000's up to £9000 per month)  Excellent Benefits & Growth Opportunities

Key Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers. Speak with customers by telephone and understand their individual requirements. Guide customers through the company’s services and explain the process clearly. Follow up enquiries and identify opportunities to convert interested customers. Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer journey. Maintain regular contact with existing customers and build long-term relationships. Identify opportunities to introduce additional relevant services.

Handle customer questions and resolve queries efficiently. Maintain accurate customer information and activity through Salesforce. Work towards individual and team-based customer service and sales targets. Work closely with colleagues to ensure customers receive a smooth and professional service. Skills & Experience Previous experience within account management, customer service, sales or a similar customer-facing role . Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the telephone.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Commercially minded with the ability to recognise sales opportunities. Customer-focused approach without relying on hard-selling techniques. Good organisation and ability to manage multiple customer enquiries. Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system would be beneficial. Positive, proactive and results-driven approach. Comfortable working within a target-driven environment. What’s on Offer £28,000 basic salary. Uncapped commission. Permanent, full-time position.
