Due to continued growth, we are excited to be expanding our Sales Team. Reporting to the Telesales Team Leader, you will be goal-oriented, target-driven, and ready to take your sales skills to the next level. As a Telesales Executive at firmus energy, you’ll be part of a new team that’s all about hitting targets and growing together. • Conduct both inbound and outbound sales calls for Gas and Electricity customers.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Handling customer objections
• Skilled in dealing with vulnerable customers
• Meet all business KPI’s
• Adhere to industry regulations
• Managing all customer interactions
• Promote the firmus brand in a positive way
• Deliver professional and accurate information to all our potential customers
• Undertake any other duties as directed by the Telesales Team Leader or Sales Manager

• At least 6 months direct sales experience in a contact Centre (inbound or outbound), customer retention or another customer facing direct sales role
• Proven record in meeting and exceeding sales targets

Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive approach

• Previous experience in energy/utility sector sales (Gas/Electricity)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the energy sector
• Experience working with commission-based or incentive-driven roles
