Maintenance Electrician

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrician to join our Building Services Division. In this role you will provide comprehensive maintenance, repair and installation services to properties and facilities throughout Northern Ireland, diagnosing faults, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, carrying out routine inspections and delivering high‑quality service in line with operational requirements.

• Respond to electrical installation, repair and maintenance requests across Northern Ireland.
• Complete documentation and produce test certificates.
• Carry out work to high‑quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with householders and clients.
• Perform general maintenance duties as required.

• Minimum of 1 year’s previous experience.
• Valid CSR Card.
• Valid 18th Edition and NICIEC Certificates.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
