Air Export Agent

Job Summary

In this role, you will manage air export shipments end to end, ensuring accurate documentation, system updates, and close coordination with customers, airlines, and internal teams.

• Managing the air export process from booking to delivery.
• Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
• Tracking and tracing Air Export files as required, either internally via exp.o or externally via airline websites or by telephone to airline offices.
• Ensuring timely delivery of freight to customers for Import shipments.
• Ensuring documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposes.
• Ensuring accurate and timely client and vendor billing.
• Interacting with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards.
• Meeting company standards of 52 hours training per year per employee.
• Promoting compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and performing the tasks at hand with outstanding integrity and pride.

• 6 months–1 year of relevant experience (or equivalent training).
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, operating systems).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good education – preferably to A Level standard. Minimum GCSE Maths and English.
