Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver | Reach & Counterbalance FLT Driver Barnstaple | Monday to Friday | 8:30am-5:00pm | Full-Time Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse team. This is a varied, hands-on role involving the handling of large and heavy goods, picking and packing customer orders, operating forklifts and supporting both warehouse operations and local walk-in customers.

What We Offer Monday to Friday working pattern. 8:30am-5:00pm working hours. 1-hour lunch break. Full-time position. Varied warehouse role combining forklift operation, stock control and customer service. Opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team. Key Duties Pick and pack orders using a handheld PDA. Process orders for walk-in customers. Load and unload deliveries safely. Put stock away and replenish pick faces.

Maintain accurate stock levels and carry out FIFO stock rotation. Process supplier returns. Operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts. Complete forklift safety checks and maintain accurate records. Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and safe. Assist with general warehouse maintenance as required. Provide friendly and helpful service to customers. Requirements Experienced and certified Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Driver . Experience handling heavy and palletised goods.

Full UK driving licence with a maximum of 3 points. Computer literate and confident using handheld systems. Reliable with good timekeeping. Friendly, approachable and professional manner. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Interested?
