Looking for a full time driving role where you can make a genuine difference to patients and service users?

MPA Recruitment Ballymena is recruiting a Bus Driver to support the Northern Health and Social Care Trust’s Transport Department at Holywell Hospital.

You will safely transport patients and service users to Trust facilities, appointments, activities and day centres. The role will also involve completing vehicle safety checks, maintaining accurate journey records and assisting with deliveries when required.

• Monday to Friday working pattern
• 37.5 hours per week
• Weekly pay

• Full time, ongoing work
• Opportunity to support an essential NHS transport service

• Safely transporting patients and service users to Trust facilities
• Assisting passengers entering and leaving the vehicle, including wheelchair users
• Completing daily vehicle safety checks and reporting faults
• Maintaining accurate journey, mileage and vehicle records
• Delivering meals, equipment, laundry and other Trust supplies
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely when required :

• Full Category D driving licence
• Valid Driver CPC card
• Safe and responsible approach to driving
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to support passengers with mobility and healthcare needs
• Willingness to complete an Enhanced Access NI check
