Site Manager - Dutch Speaking

Overview:
We're seeking an experienced no.1 Site Manager to deliver a Cat B fit out project in Antwerp for a dutch client therefore seeking a dutch speaking SIte / Project Manager. The scheme will be completed over a 16 week period and forms part of a wider European delivery framework within the EMEA division of a leading international fit out contractor.

Dutch speaking is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all phases of project delivery from inception through to completion.

Oversee on-site delivery, ensuring quality, programme, and commercial objectives are achieved.

Manage client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships.

Ensure full compliance with local construction regulations and standards.

Coordinate phasing and logistics to ensure minimal disruption across the occupied environment.

Report progress regularly to the EMEA Project Director.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing commercial Cat B fit out projects.

Dutch-speaking and willing to relocate for project

Strong understanding of local building codes, permitting, and H&S regulations.

Capable of managing multiple stakeholders across international teams.

Exceptional communication and organisation skills.
