The Rustic Wrench is a fast paced full automotive repair shop. We are looking to add a Service Advisor who is caring, capable and passionate about the work that they do. At The Rustic Wrench, you will have the resources you need to be successful at your job. The Service Advisor is a front facing role to enthusiast customer base. Here's what you'll be doing:

Greet all customers promptly and professionally

Interface with customer to fully understand their needs and offer parts and service as required

Work with vendors to order parts and provide lead times to customers

Build fair, competitive, transparent price quotes, with the customer and company’s best interest in mind

Act as a liaison between technicians and customers

Communicate with each customer in a fashion that leaves them feeling comfortable and informed every time

Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve to the customer’s satisfaction

Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business

Other duties as assigned

Here’s what you’ll need:

One year of automotive retail service consultant experience

Mechanical knowledge

Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented

Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communication

Must be well organized and able to multitask. This is a fast paced environment

Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid in-state driver's license
