The Rustic Wrench, a family‑owned independent auto repair shop in Apache Junction, AZ, is hiring a professional automotive technician. We value high car volume, strong systems and a supportive team culture.

We are looking for a technician with at least 3 years of experience, preferably with ASE certification. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing a broad range of vehicles, with an emphasis on efficient and accurate work.

• Diagnose vehicles according to appropriate level of certifications/experience.
• Perform complex and heavy‑duty repairs.
• Work as outlined on the multi‑point inspection and/or repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals, including the Store Manager, Service Consultants, and customers.
• Recommend services that keep the customer’s vehicle running; properly document all recommendations.
• Follow all safety procedures and report concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.

• 3+ years experience as an automotive technician.
• Prefer ASE certifications, but not required.
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full‑time

Schedule: 10‑hour shift;
Monday‑Friday (no weekends).
