Job Summary
:
The field supervisor is responsible to communicate instructions, set expectations and supervise the construction crews. They organize, plan, schedule, and delegate work, labor, and equipment.

• Supervise the specific scopes of work on construction projects including management of crews, subcontractors, and material delivery.
• Assist in organizing, planning, scheduling, and delegating work, labor, and equipment.
• Communicate needs for manpower, material quantities, and equipment.
• Review, understand, and adhere to all union contracts.
• Supervise craft workers assigned to you.
• Complete craft time cards to accurately reflect hours worked.
• Coordinate clean‑up after project completion.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.
• Maintain an insurable driving record.

• High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED) with a minimum of 5 years construction experience. Associate’s degree or some college education with construction experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize, plan work activities, and problem‑solve.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with crews and customers.
• Ability to perform manual labor and move at least 50 pounds.
• Willing and able to travel to remote or distant locations.
