• Read and implement care/activities of daily living (ADLs) according to the resident service plan.
• Respond promptly to resident needs, pendant calls, and alarms.
• Demonstrate empathy and develop caring rapport with residents; promote independence and self-care.
• Deliver care in accordance with individual service plans.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided.
• Complete incident reports accurately and promptly; adhere to safety and infection control policies; promote a clean, safe environment; assist with community cleanliness.
• Recognize, respond to, and report environmental concerns to ensure resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications:

• AZ Caregiver certification (preferred)
• Proven experience as a personal care assistant
• Commitment to health and safety
• Reliability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and compassionate attitude
• Physical stamina
• CPR certification and fingerprint clearance card
