We are seeking a compassionate and experienced CNA Certified Nursing Assistant
- Companion Care Provider to join our team in Apache Junction, AZ 85119. As a Companion Care Provider with Upscale Home Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients, providing them with the support and care they need to live safely and independently in their own homes.
As a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant
- Companion Care Provider, you will serve as a trusted companion and caregiver to our clients, providing companionship, personal care, medication reminders, and light housekeeping services. Our ideal candidate is a warm, empathetic, and patient individual who is passionate about helping others. You will work closely with our clients to identify their unique needs and develop personalized care plans that improve their quality of life.
- Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging them in activities such as conversation, reading, and exercise
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication as instructed by the client
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed
- Escort clients to appointments and engage in activities outside of the home
- Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to the designated supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and assist with transfers and mobility as needed
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
- Reliable and punctual attendance and commitment to providing high-quality care
- Competitive hourly rate of $18 - $20, depending on experience
