As a Team Leader, you will lead a customer-centric team, manage a single tax office, and help accelerate seasonal tax business growth. Your role includes leading associates, ensuring excellent client service, and meeting office growth objectives. You will also develop your tax knowledge and serve as a resource on tax topics.

Preferred qualifications include multi-unit management experience and 2+ years as a Tax Professional. Responsibilities include creating growth plans, recruiting, resolving client concerns, managing schedules, preparing tax returns, and conducting performance reviews.

Required skills include customer service experience, supervisory skills, tax knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, independence, resilience, flexibility, and a high school diploma or higher.
