Job Overview
RN Refresher Preceptorship
This opportunity is only for RNs who are enrolled and actively completing an RN Refresher Program, potentially as directed by a Board of Nursing. The preceptorship provides a collaborative learning environment where you will redevelop nursing skills, enhance knowledge, and complete clinical hours required for the program. Successful candidates will complete precepted shifts in a unit at one of Banner Health facilities and be clinically supported by unit staff and educators.
Unit preferences will be considered to help achieve your nursing career goals.

Work Shift:
Varied
- Enrollment in an RN Refresher Program with the Board of Nursing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card through the American Heart Association or ability to obtain before program starts
- BSN preferred
- Ideal candidates will reside in a state with a Banner Health clinic, hospital, or facility
