The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves customer and team interaction, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless business needs dictate otherwise.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor about work completion and issues, offering solutions.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Performing store measurements and inventory counts, including cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Executing store price changes and signage hanging, including Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensuring a differentiated shopping experience for customers.
• Providing peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed to complete assignments.

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor work involves hard surfaces.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.

• Move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull loads up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Occasionally lift or reach overhead.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Read, write, and count accurately; communicate effectively.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all training successfully.
