Construction Sales Lead

Location: Phoenix Metro (East Valley-based in Apache Junction, AZ)

We're hiring our first dedicated Construction Sales Lead to own the front end: find the work, walk the job, put a rough budget in front of the customer, and drive it to the close.

WHAT YOU
'
LL DO

• Hunt for new residential and commercial work -- GCS, builders, networking groups, and building-product reps
• Qualify leads and book your own meetings
• Walk the job or review the plans, pull measurements, and build a rough budget with Harte's pricing system
• Hand scoped deals to the estimator for final numbers
• Keep the pipeline clean in Go High Level  and drive deals to the close

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Significant construction experience - you can look at a job, on site or on plans, and know how it comes together. This one is required.
• Able to rough-budget a job using a pricing system like Harte's
• A hunter-comfortable with outbound and building a book from scratch
• Strong sales fundamentals: you've run a funnel, led meetings, and closed
• Driven and coachable, ready to grow with the company
• Comfortable in tech - Go High Level , Job Tread, or tools like them

BONUS POINTS

• Experience across both residential and commercial work
• Existing relationships with local GCS and builders
• Hands-on Job Tread or Go High Level  experience

PAY & DETAILS

• Compensation:
  Base salary + variable/commission -- total earning potential $80,000 - $130,000/year based on experience and sales performance
