Equipment Operator

• Safely operate equipment including cranes, skid steers, forklifts, man lifts, telehandlers, loaders, excavators and other heavy equipment.
• Assist with excavation, trenching, back filling, grading, and general site work.
• Perform safe loading, unloading, and material handling operations.
• Follow grade stakes and basic layout markings under supervision.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and complete pre-start safety checklists.
• Keep equipment clean and report mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Work with spotters and ground crew to maintain safe operations.
• Assist with rigging and lifting tasks when required.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervision.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating construction or industrial equipment.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to work productively in a team environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Physically capable of climbing equipment, bending, lifting, and working around active job sites.

• Demonstrate safe and responsible equipment operation.
• Maintain focus and situational awareness at all times.
• Show reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Continually improve equipment operation skills and job knowledge.
• Respect tools, equipment, and jobsite property.

• Use all required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Follow Federal, State, company, and client safety rules and procedures.
• Participate in job hazard analyses and daily safety meetings.
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses immediately.
• Maintain a safe and alert working environment at all times.
• Competitive hourly wage: $25-$31 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
