About Rood is looking for volunteers who want to guide entrepreneurs in starting, restarting or completing their business.

About Rood is looking for financial administrative employees in Apeldoorn who want to use their knowledge and experience to help independent entrepreneurs. As a financial administrative employee, you support the clients of our project managers to put their administration in order, giving these entrepreneurs an overview and insight into their administration and any debts, and helping them pick up the thread again.

Administrative support of independent entrepreneurs in going through a help process within Over Rood. You help entrepreneurs with their administration and, where necessary, you have contact with the accountant, creditors, trustees and/or the tax authorities in collaboration with the client.

We are looking for several volunteers who want to dedicate at least 4 hours a week for a valuable contribution to the Dutch economy and a healthy business climate, in which there is also support for them in difficult times. This is an unpaid position, expenses will be reimbursed.

We ask:

  • You have knowledge of finances, administrations and the different tax types for entrepreneurs
  • You can assess a business plan and financial plan
  • You speak the language of the entrepreneur and understand that entrepreneurship can sometimes be difficult
  • You are a good listener, penetrate to the essence and know how to express questions and points of view concisely
  • You are hands‑on, accurate with numbers and you get along well with Excel
  • You are able to prioritize, structure and analyze

Education and experience:

Knowledge of and experience with setting up, entering and checking administrations. You are numerically literate, but you also inspire confidence and you can empathize with the problems, mental situation and living conditions of clients, without becoming emotionally involved.

Excellent command of the Dutch language in word and writing is a requirement.
