Broekhuis zoekt een Service Adviseur die het eerste aanspreekpunt is voor klanten aan de balie en aan de telefoon. Je combineert klantgerichtheid met goede planningsskills en werkt nauw samen met de werkplaats.
Je behandelt dagelijks klantvragen, beheer van receptie, afspraken inplannen, onderdelen bestellen en de schakel tussen klant en monteurs. Ervaring in automotive reception is een plus; mbo-opleiding richting automotive of commercie is gewenst.
