Anticimex zoekt een Medewerker Customer Service om het operationele beheer van onze klanten te verzorgen en de schakel te zijn tussen klant en collega’s. Je verwerkt contracten, meldingen en klachten, en zet vervolgacties in gang.
Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor klanttevredenheid, inbound en outbound communicatie over offertes, mutaties en opdrachten. Een stabiele werkomgeving biedt groeimogelijkheden en een aantrekkelijk pakket aan secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
