Managing and registering objects from the collection of the Nature and Outdoors Hub, the study centre of Aardbalans.

• Digital registration of objects from the collection
• Determining object‑specific information, including category assignment
• Viewing objects for missing parts
• Checking for correct entry of saved data
• Managing the collection
• Interim evaluation in consultation with the librarian

• Minimum MBO work and thinking level (preferably in the direction of documentary information provision)
• Familiar with databases and registration systems
• Able to quickly acquire complex and new knowledge
• Works accurately
• Thinks critically
• Affinity with Dutch nature and/or cultural history
• Love for books and experience in libraries is recommended

• Volunteer contract for a period of 1 year (extension possible), after a trial period of 3 months
