Independent Recruiters zoekt een Manager Engineering die twee teams samenvoegt tot één afdeling. Je leidt circa vijftien engineers en tekenaars verspreid over Apeldoorn en Raamsdonksveer, en speelt een centrale rol in cultuurverandering en procesoptimalisatie.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor technische uitwerking, planning, risico's en de overdracht aan Projectmanagement en Uitvoering. Reizen tussen vestigingen is vereist en AFAS-implementatie staat op de agenda.
