Een gemeente in Nederland zoekt een Wijkconsulent Intensieve Regie voor 30-36 uur per week. Je gaat actief aan de slag met de regievoering op complexe veiligheidssituaties en brengt verschillende partijen samen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een plan voor de inwoner of gezin en biedt ondersteuning waar nodig. Vereiste is een relevante HBO-opleiding en minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.

Salaris tussen €3.524 en €5.554 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring.
