Je behandelt een diverse groep cliënten en werkt met protocollen, maar oversteigt deze waar nodig. Je ontvangt een marktconform salaris en opleidingsdagen voor verdere ontwikkeling. Tevens zijn er jaarlijkse budgetten voor persoonlijke coaching en e-health modules. Een vaste aanstelling bij goed functioneren is mogelijk.
